Meet Our Team

​Doug Kremer is a Project Manager at EAS Roofing. Doug was born and raised in Shaler and currently resides on the North Shore. As a Project Manager, Doug manages the installation crews on the job sites, communicates with homeowners during the installation process, and makes sure everything is completed properly and to the homeowner's expectations! Doug has been at EAS Roofing for 1 year; before EAS he was a business analyst helping small businesses save money on their waste output and before that he worked for a trucking company doing fleet management! Doug loves that at EAS every day is something new and different when doing roof installs. He also enjoys interacting with homeowners and seeing them react to their finished projects! Doug's Favorite books include Ready Player One, Skeletons on the Zahara, and Mans Search for Meaning. When Doug is not at work he enjoys golfing, reading, playing tennis, and spending time with friends and family! When asked what drives and motivates him, Doug said “Finding new ways to be efficient during an install and implementing those techniques in order to have a smooth-flowing process with an output that everyone is happy with”! Something you may not know about Doug is that he lived in France for six months while traveling Europe!
